Local Knowledge Makes All The Difference

Meet Pete Hagen... the last Realtor you'll ever want or need!

Most people buy and sell only a few homes in their lifetime, usually with quite a few years in between each.  And even if you've been through it before, the changing laws and regulations (not to mention the emotions) can make it quite a challenge.  However there are ways to make this transition easier and allow you the most peace of mind possible. By choosing a licensed real estate professional you will protect yourself from many of the pitfalls found in today's market. By giving me this opportunity, I hope to show you how I can market your current property, or help you purchase a new home and achieve all your goals. Choosing the right agent is an important decision, and I would like to further introduce myself here to make you feel more comfortable from the very beginning.

I was raised back east in a rural section of New Jersey. After graduating high school in 1977, I attended the University of Montana. I graduated in 1982 with a degree in Geography. I went to work for a petroleum exploration company and travelled extensively through out the western United States. I moved to California in 1986 and settled in the San Dimas area. I met my wife Linda and we celebrate our 26 year anniversary this year. 22 years ago we were blessed with fraternal twins, Jeremy and Karissa. In 1998, after 4 years of extensive research, we relocated our family from the San Fernando Valley to Fallbrook. We chose Fallbrook over many other communities because it is the greatest place in southern California to raise a family.

In 1999 I left the oil industry and began a new career in Real Estate. This is my 16th year in Real Estate with REMAX United. My relationship with past clients is my biggest asset and reward. Being a local agent is a great opportunity to serve my community and showcase the uniqueness that Fallbrook has to offer. In 2005 Linda retired from banking and is taking care of her mom full time. The twins graduated from the University of San Diego this summer. We enjoy travelling with our motor home and taking summer trips with our boat and winter trips with our dune buggy.

I hope this brief introduction will allow you to get to know me better and feel more comfortable. I appreciate your time and look forward to serving you in all your real estate needs.

Yours truly,

Pete Hagen
